Juan earned a bachelor degree in Psychology during his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia. He completed his Master’s Degree at New York University Silver School of Social Work. Being bilingual, Juan provides therapy in both, English and Spanish. Juan Araque, specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy with additional qualifications in sports psychology. Juan provides a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which his patients can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and beliefs, conscious or unconscious. He believes in the usage of sports and exercise as a way to cope with the stressors of daily living. Juan brings a unique blend of expertise working with children, adolescents, and adults.
