Grace has experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, in settings ranging from schools to employee assistance programs. She utilizes a client-centered approach, integrating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based interventions to support each client’s unique needs and goals.
