To Schedule an appointment you may call us at 914-355-2440 from Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.  An intake coordinator will take your information and schedule an appointment for you.  Alternatively, you may email us at info@alssaro.com or stop by our office during our office hours. 

 

Outside of these hours our confidential voicemail is available.  An intake coordinator will return your call as soon as possible, take the necessary information, and arrange an appointment with one of our therapists. 

 

Office Hours are:

 

Monday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Appointments

Late Cancellations / Missed Appointments

Your appointment reserves 45 minutes of your therapist's time.  Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay $25.00 if it is not cancelled unless you provide a 24 business hour advance notice of cancellation.  (For example, to cancel an appointment for 9AM on Monday, you would need to call before 9AM the previous Friday.)  These charges cannot be billed to your insurance company.  Please help us serve you better by keeping scheduled appointments and calling the office at least 24 business hours prior to your appointment time if you must cancel.
